D'shae was an amazing representative and made the whole process of getting new windows for my fathers old house he left me.the instalation was just as smooth and easy and he definitely knows what hes talking about because the windows even though new were a perfect match for the old style home. D'Shae was very personable and knew the product well. His presentation was stellar and he answered any questions we had. I had not planned on making a decision during or right after the presentation but the manner in which D'Shae explained everything I was comfortable making that decision faster than I normally would have. When other companies said ‘we don’t do skylights’ this company was willing to take on a custom installation for what is really a glass ceiling atop a central Ohio sunroom/garden-room. We wanted to replace a 40 year old installation that allowed us to fry an egg on the floor in summer heat but still enjoy ample sunlight comfortably. We got exactly what we wanted! Some supply chain delays but finished installation completed expertly and fastidiously! Highly recommend Whimson Windows in Columbus!

We had D'Shae come out to our home and he was very knowledgeable about the windows and his company. You could tell he really enjoyed what he does for a living! About the Owner

We started Whimson Windows after working in the window and construction industry for a combined 12 years. We learned from experience that people really just wanted one thing, to be treated with respect. That means answering the phone when a customer calls with a question, updating them on the work that’s being done, showing up when you say you’re going to be there, and cleaning up when the work is done. This is what we have built our business around, customer service. We still wanted to use superior products and offer them to the public at a reasonable price but more than anything we saw that the industry lacked customer support and we made it our mission to make sure that the customer is completely taken care of from start to finish should they choose to do a project with us.
